Q. How do I change the IP settings of my Catapult EJ-1 device?
A. Use the ByteTools Configuration Utility to change the settings. Take care when doing so - you may render your device inoperable!
Q. Sometimes the performance of my Catapult EJ-1 device can be slow. Why is this?
A. Try to minimize the amount of other network traffic (VoIP calls, file transfer, etc.) that is occuring while you are using the EJ-1. Also, if possile, place the EJ-1 device on its own port to a switch (try not to place it on a shared port).
